So I didn't make everything on my menu last week, but I did pretty well. I also came up with a tater-tot/sloppy joe casserole at the last minute that turned out really good. I love it when experiments work!
Here is the plan for this week:
Monday: (workday) Leftovers (I made a yummy impromptu beef stew in the crock pot late last week, so we will finish that up!)
Tuesday: (workday) Macaroni and cheese, green beans
Wednesday: BBQ Pork Ribs, cheesy potatoes, broccoli
Thursday: Brushetta chicken bake, vegetable
Friday: Potluck BBQ at our house!
Saturday: Whatever is leftover, hanging around the house
Sunday: Turkey breast, mashed potatoes, gravy, rolls, veggies

How do you come up with your menu plans? Do you base them off what's on sale @ the grocery store or what you have on hand? Curious minds want to know...
:)
PS: looks like some yummy dinners, especially the bruschetta chicken bake!
I plan based on what I have on hand. I start with items in my fridge that I need to use up, then my freezer (I do some freezer cooking), then my pantry. It works great for me!
The menu might change as the week progresses if there is a great produce deal or something or we have a lot of leftovers.
