Broccoli Rice Casserole

This is another tried and true family favorite. I grew up on this stuff!

Broccoli Rice Casserole

1 lb Velveeta cheese

2 c. cooked rice

12 oz pkg frozen broccoli (thawed)

1 can cream of whatever soup (usually we use cream of mushroom)

1/4 c milk

Melt cheese together with soup and milk. Add broccoli and rice. Mix well. Pour into 9x13 pan. Top with grated cheese. Bake at 350 for 25 minutes or until bubbly.

This is the meatless version, but you could also add ham or chicken.

So yummy!
