It seems that we haven't had any "snacky" foods in our house lately, so on a trip to Walmart for some Christmas gifts, I picked up a few snacks. I didn't have my coupons with me, so I was really careful.
Here is what I got:
1 Good Value ripple chips - $1.79
1 Mission tortilla chips - $1.83
1 tomato - $.62
2 Good Value wheat crackers - $2.76
6 Cup-o-noodles (I love these!) - $1.68
1 skim milk - $2.47
1 whole milk - $2.75
1 Heinz Ketchup - $2.38
1 Good Value French onion dip - $1.12
6 Nestle Halloween Cookies/brownies - $3.00 (these were $.50 each, I couldn't pass them up, I stuck them in the freezer)
Total OOP: $21.62
I am now $148.00 into my $200.00 monthly budget. I still have 3 $5.00 catalinas from Albertson's, and I am well stocked, so I will be fine. I am back in my getting every deal mode. Not good. I need to go back to my $100.00 budget mindset :)!
