I must say I loved participating in Menu Plan Monday last week. It helped me to stick to it so much better than I have in the past! I also loved checking out org junkie for other great menu plans. I picked up some great ideas and fun recipes! Love it! Here is my plan for this week:
Monday - Skillet Beef and Broccoli, Rice, mandarin oranges
Tuesday - Poppy Seed Chicken Casserole, fruit salad, peas (i.e. sugar free jello with fruit in it :))
Wednesday - Meatloaf, Twice Baked Potatoes (both are make ahead items that I made and are already in the freezer!), green beans (canned)
Thursday - Everything! Happy Thanksgiving!
Friday - Leftovers!!
Saturday - This is my husband's birthday, so we are going to Famous Dave's!
Sunday - Macaroni Grill Boxed Dinner, broccoli, rolls
It depends on how many leftovers we have from Thanksgiving - we may be eating leftovers all weekend!

I love Meal Plan Mondays too! It helps me plan ahead, look for new recipes, and stick to my schedule. :)
