This Menu Plan Monday thing has been so great for us. Last week we stuck to the plan almost every day. We didn't go out to eat once the whole week! This is an accomplishment for us - we go out at least once usually for a quick lunch or dinner. Thanks orgjunkie!
Here is the plan for this week:
Monday: Baked Potato Bar with chili, cheese, and sour cream, chopped broccoli, and cheese sauce, green salad, jello salad (these are leftovers, we had the family over for dinner Sunday night and served this!)
Tuesday: Breakfast Burritos (diced polish sausage, cheese, eggs, and salsa - a favorite!), fruit salad
Wednesday: Chicken Crescents (chicken, cream cheese, stovetop wrapped in crescent rolls - so good!), broccoli
Thursday: Hamburger Helper Cheesy Pasta Shells, green beans
