Works for me Wednesday - Kids Socks

I hate...Hate...HATE losing teeny tiny baby and kids socks! It is so frustrating. When my son was a little baby I came up with a great solution that saves the hassle of looking for socks. I got a simple lingerie bag from the $1.00 store. It is similar to this:
I leave it on the kids' dressers. When we take their socks off at night, they are placed in the lingerie bag. When it is time to wash socks, I put the whole bag through the wash and dry cycle. Voila! No more lost socks. This has helped me maintain my sanity and...it works for me!

Great idea ! I wonder if I could get a big enough bag for adult socks...?

I like the idea of putting the socks into the bag as soon as they come off the little feet. This way, they don't get misplaced as easily. Brilliant!

Excellent tip! I seriously believe there's a sock monster stuck in our dryer. They go in a pair, but come out singles. So frustrating. :)

We do this too.. we have a different bag for each member of the family... that way when the laundry is dry.. each person has their own bag of socks to pair up and put away and we don't have the fight over whose socks are whose!

To take care of children socks is the most tough thing to do.
