Oh how I love having a plan! Even if I don't stick to it - it is such a great feeling to know that I have a weeks worth of meals and ingredients at my fingertips! Posting my menu plan has forced me to get out of my rut and I'm grateful for that too! Thanks orgjunkie!
Here's the plan for this week:
Monday: Chicken Quesadillas (this time I am also adding black beans), green salad
Tuesday: Macacroni and cheese, green beans
Wednesday: Lemon and Herb Crockpot Roasted Chicken, Roasted Asparagus, twice baked potatoes
Thursday: Polish sausage, boxed potatoes, broccoli
Friday: Pizza night!
Saturday: Leftovers
Sunday: Chicken Crescent Bundles, broccoli
