Just in case you were wondering...my best frugal beauty tip is - don't wear a lot of makeup. In my opinion, a little goes along way. I actually only wear eyeliner and mascara. I have been blessed (cursed!) with naturally rosy cheeks, so blush just makes me look ridiculous - clownish. I probably should wear eye shadow, but I have never found any that I think look good on me. I also just don't like the feel of foundation and I hate the way I look in lipstick! So there you have it!
