Coupon Organization Part II

I really did love my shoebox system, in fact I just blogged about it a few days ago. On Monday I got my coupon binder in the mail that I won here. Guess what? Out with the old and in with the new. I love this binder system! I love the fact that I can take all my coupons with me when I shop AND I can zip everything up into this neat little kid-proof (at least my one year old) package!

So here it is all zipped up - I love the color. By the way, don't be jealous of my Halloween tablecloth!
Inside it has 5 different colored dividers like this one labeled FOOD, HEALTH AND BEAUTY, HOUSEHOLD, BABY, and PHARMACY.My binder is also filled with baseball card holders that I use for coupons - but these are awesome, each pocket is 1/3 of a page, so they hold the long coupons too (there were other sizes included as well)! I love this. This is the first page, which I put store coupons in (notice my Easy Saver Catalog from Walgreen's).I took the 3x5 cards from my envelope system, trimmed them a bit and am using them to divide sections under each category.

This is the back cover, there is a handy pocket for a calculator, pen, and scissors (I love that my scissors match!).

The front cover has some accordion files, I use these to keep my ads, coupons that need to be filed and the envelope I have going to pass on in my coupon train.

So I am really excited about this new system. I think it is going to work great. Thanks again Lisa for an awesome giveaway!

Wow...it didn't take you long to get everything transferred and organized. You are really on the ball!!

I'm glad you like the binder and I hope it works out for you. If not, you can always sell it and go back to your old system. :)

By the way, my daughter and I are BOTH jealous of your table cloth!

I got the table cloth for $1 on clearance last year after Halloween :). My son just keeps staring at it.

I love your new system. I'm working on switching over to one of these too. Do you know where to find those pocket pages like you have? I can't seem to find any that are 1/3 page each like these ones you have. THey would be perfect!

Michelle -

I just set up a page solely for the binders and inserts:

http://couponbinders.blogspot.com/

Unfortunately, I have not gotten the inserts listed yet (it's 2:00 a.m. and I'm seeing double). The insert listings will have to wait until this weekend. But feel free to point people in the right direction.

Thank you!
